Costs and timing of intervention
The prestashop freelance support is based on the Ticket system, for the resolution of small bugs or the installation of a module, a single Prestashop support ticket is enough. 1. The ACTUAL COST OF THE INTERVENTION is calculated at the opening of the report in our assistance system*, if the duration of the intervention exceeds the value of 1 ticket you will be provided with the estimate of the tickets necessary for the resolution of your problem.
2. DURATION AND TIMING: the timing of intervention will take place within 8 hours from the request, from Monday to Friday and from 10:00 to 20:00 (excluding public holidays and holidays)However, it will be possible to receive remote assistance beyond this limitation in the form of extraordinary and urgent interventions.
3. EXTRAORDINARY AND URGENT INTERVENTIONS: Remote extraordinary interventions to be carried out outside working hours or on public and working days should be agreed separately.
