Generic remote assistance ticket

1. The ACTUAL COST OF THE INTERVENTION is calculated at the opening of the report in our assistance system, if the duration of the intervention exceeds the value of 1 ticket you will be provided with an estimate of the tickets necessary for the resolution of your problem.

2. DURATION AND TIMING : the intervention timing will take place within 8 hours of the request, from Monday to Friday and from 10:00 to 20:00 (excluding holidays and holidays), it will still be possible to receive remote assistance beyond this limitation in the form of extraordinary and urgent interventions.

3. EXTRAORDINARY AND URGENT INTERVENTIONS : remote extraordinary interventions to be carried out outside working hours or on holidays and weekdays will be agreed separately.
