Importing products for e-commerce into PrestaShop 1.7

Includes:

• Configuration of the module for importing the catalog from the supplier or from a management system in CSV or Excel*
• Importation of catalog and categories with up to 5,000 products from a single file/supplier
• Possible setup of the catalog synchronization through Cron Job

The following items are needed to perform the service:

1. Access as super admin to the back office of the PrestaShop e-commerce
2. FTP access or access to the Plesk or Cpanel control panel
3. Access to the file via FTP or HTTPS protocol (if synchronization is required) or to the file to be imported
4. Possible access to Cron Job - scheduled tasks - on your host/server in order to set up synchronization or access to services such as EasyCron and the like.

CSV or Excel file requirements:

• The file must be in standard format, possibly with UTF-8 encoding
• The file must contain the minimum fields for the import (see guide)

*) Upon on request, importation through other data interchange formats such as XML and JSON is possible.

Does not include:

• Manual or mass completion of data not present in the CSV
• Server-side configuration work
• Conversion of files in non-compatible formats
• Web scraping
