3 modules in 1: the module allows for the management of multiple Google Universal Analytics and Remarketing Tag codes, enabling the association of a remarketing tag from Google Adwords and/or the monitoring code from Google Universal Analytics to a single product or to all products from a producer or in a specified category.
Useful not just for remarketing campaigns aimed at single products or groups of products, but also for all those who need to provide a producer with the possibility of consulting the visualisation statistics for their products, thus also facilitating the sale of products on behalf of third parties.
Note: the presence of multiple monitoring codes on the web page is allowed; not all configurations are supported. You can, for example, install multiple instances of the monitoring code from Google Universal Analytics (analytics.js) on the web page, but only one instance of the Analytics classic version code (ga.js). The module allows for the use of a general analytics code for all ecommerce and a specific code for a single product or group of products.
It permits the insertion of multiple Google Universal Analytics monitoring codes and multiple Remarketing tags on the site. With the module it is possible:
- To insert a Google Universal Analytics code and/or a Remarketing tag on all pages of the site.
- Insert a different Google Universal Analytics code and/or a Remarketing tag in a single product.
- Insert a different Google Universal Analytics code and/or a Remarketing tag for all products from a producer.
- Insert a different Google Universal Analytics code and/or a Remarketing tag for all products by a specified entity.
We can decide at a global level whether or not to activate the monitoring and/or the remarketing tag set up on the register of single products and for all ecommerce pages. If we insert ID Universal Analytics and the Remarketing Tag in this configuration window, these will be used on all pages of the site; the insertion of these will not disable any further monitoring codes applied to single products and/or by other modules.
We can choose whether the tag(s) is/are applied to all the products by the same producer or in the same category, or merely to the product that we are editing. If the field(s) is/are empty, no monitoring code and/or remarketing tag will be applied into the product register.
To install the module from the backend of PrestaShop, go to Modules-> Modules and Services, click on the top right on "Add new module", select the file artanalyticsx.x.zip and click on "Load module". The module will now appear in the list of available modules, to install it, simply click on "Install".
